We're looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Regional Headquarters and surrounding branch locations.     What You'll Do

    As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities by:

    • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including:

      • Electrical

      • Plumbing

      • Painting

      • Structural repairs

      • Grounds maintenance

    • Monitoring services provided by vendors, including housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and HVAC contractors.

    • Coordinating and assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.

    • Supporting building security operations, including ID badge creation and access control management.

    • Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to meet business needs.

    • Maintaining inventory levels and stock reports.

    • Assisting with unloading deliveries and maintaining clean, safe grounds.

    • Obtaining maintenance supplies from local vendors as needed.

    • Coordinating transportation of company vehicles for repairs and maintenance.

    • Responding to facility issues and emergencies in a timely manner.

    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • 4-6 years of building maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, or related experience.

    • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent facility needs.

    • Technical training or certifications in:

      • HVAC

      • Electrical

      • Plumbing

    • Experience working with vendors and contractors.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
