Facilities Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Prior experience must be in an industrial environment not apartment complexes.

Work Schedule:

 Monday – Friday; 3pm until 11pm

Might be training on a different shift/ 

Hourly Wage:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour depending on experience.

Job Description and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

•    Assists in various tasks regarding the upkeep on the buildings

•    Must have familiarity with basic tools and maintenance equipment

•    Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

•    Ability to follow lists of tasks and communicate process

•    Ability to use a tape measure and basic math

•    Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments 

•    Ability to utilize step ladder; not to exceed eight feet

•    Ability to work in construction environment safely

Requirements:

•    Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED

•    Prior working , hands on work with basic math and tape measurers

•    Ability to lift 50 pounds

•    Knowledge: Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions. 

•    Ability to work independently and adhere to required tasks.

•    Special Skills: Ability to follow directions with little to no supervision.

•     3 years’ experience as an industrial facilities maintenance technician ( this does not include apartment complexes)

•    Steel toe shoes
