Pay: $25 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Location: Riverton, UT - No additional travel required.

Job Description

Seeking for a mid-level facilities maintenance tech for a large commercial real estate company in charge of maintaining large commercial building through UT and the US.

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work. The core work hours are centered around 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends required for coverage and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily assistance requests from management, tenants, and contractors.
• Track all maintenance requests to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Perform general interior maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and furniture assembly.
• Conduct general exterior maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing repairs, and roof inspections.
• Perform general plumbing maintenance tasks such as replacing faucets and repairing pipes.
• Carry out basic light electrical maintenance, including replacing fuses and troubleshooting basic electrical problems
• Provide ongoing preventative maintenance to vehicles, compactors, and water features.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills for interacting with guests and tenants.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
• Experience in basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing functions.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of one to three years facilities maintenance experience, preferably in shopping centers.

This is a Contract position based out of Riverton, UT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
