Summary:
Kapur & Associates, Inc. is actively seeking a dependable, experienced, and self-motivated part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a professionally managed large office building in West Allis, Wisconsin. • Notify supervisor and coordinate the appropriate outside contractor
  • Assist with vendor coordination and oversight when specialty repairs are needed
  • Responding to occasional maintenance emergencies
  • Recommend preventative maintenance improvements
  • Maintain a safe, functional, and professional office environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to respond to occasional urgent maintenance situations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Commercial office building or facilities maintenance experience
  • Technical or trade certifications
  • Experience coordinating service vendors or specialty contractors
  • Preventative maintenance program experience
