The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, skilled trades, vendor coordination, and operational oversight. This position requires hands-on knowledge of building systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance projects and priorities simultaneously.

Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance reports, project documentation, and operational records.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, fire safety, and other applicable building and workplace safety regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and operational teams to minimize disruptions.
5+ years of experience managing multiple facilities maintenance projects, priorities, and deadlines.
3+ years of experience working with skilled trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general building maintenance.
3+ years of experience requiring strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
Previous facilities maintenance, building operations, or property maintenance experience.
Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance, and repair operations.
Experience coordinating maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Ability to prioritize competing maintenance requests and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Planon, or similar work order tracking software.
Ability to work onsite daily in Burbank, CA.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager, Building Maintenance Manager, or Facilities Operations Supervisor who understands skilled trades, can coordinate multiple maintenance activities, and is comfortable managing vendors, work orders, and day-to-day building operations.
Candidates should have strong operational maintenance experience rather than a background focused exclusively on construction project management.
