Facilities Manager

A part-time Facilities Manager oversees the safety, cleanliness an operational health of the restaurant on a flexible, reduced hours schedule (up to 20 hours per week). 

Job Overview and Core Responsibilities - 

• Routine Inspections - inspect buildings, grounds, parking lots, roof, and interior spaces regularly to spot wear and tear
• Hands-on Maintenance and Handyman Tasks - perform basic repairs such as minor plumbing, carpentry, patching, painting, caulking, and fixture changes
• Qualifications - background in building maintenance, general contracting, trade work or property management
• Technical Knowledge - basic familiarity with HVAC systems, building hardware, hand/power tools, and local safety rules
• Must be able to work self-directed, prioritize tasks, and know when to call a licensed professional.  Must be able to communicate clearly with team and leadership.
• Physical Requirements - ability to stand, bend, lift moderate to heavy items (often 25 - 50+ lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
