Job Summary: This position oversees, operations, maintenance. And safety across our 6 locations. You will manage vendor contracts, preventative maintenance, improvement projects and ensure a safe and cost-effective work environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - between the 5 locations routinely to conduct facility audits, evaluate equipment health, and ensure operational consistency.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external contractors for specialized tasks such as HVAC servicing, landscaping, security, and janitorial services.
- Develop and execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs to proactively prevent building system failures.
- Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, fire codes) and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
- Forecast, develop, and manage the annual facilities budget and capital expenditure projects across all five sites.
- Partner with HR, IT, and executive leadership to align facility strategies with broader business and workplace experience goals.
