We are seeking a Facilities Operations Associate who will work in a team environment, assisting in facilities maintenance tasks in our offices, warehouse, and distribution center for a 4-month assignment. Successful associates will have the ability to work, communicate, and participate in a fast-changing environment. Assist in basic facilities maintenance tasks (tooling maintenance), conference room and meeting setup support, and assisting with supplies.

Duties:
- Knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
- Possess solid arithmetic skills.
- Willing to learn and can assist with assembling parts.
- Can make basic calculations.
- Work with close supervision or independently and follow instructions.
- Self-learner and takes initiative for growth in skills.
- Identify/report obvious problems.
- Follows procedures.
- Willing to communicate clearly and openly at all levels.
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, email, and PowerPoint.
- Works as a member of a team, remaining flexible to changes in work priorities and hours, meeting business needs.
- Willingly accepts and follows training and instruction, policies, and safety guidelines.

Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in similar activities.
- Willingness to take directions from others, work independently, and work in cross-functional teams
- Occasionally must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Walk, climb stairs, pull, push, grab, bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.
- The ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Clearly and comfortably view, interpret, and process information within the department.
- Use of a computer monitor for extended periods during normal working hours is required.
