Build, fix, and keep a campus humming — one problem at a time
Picture this: You arrive at TLD’s Windsor site and scan work orders. A door closer is dragging in Building 2, a drain is slow near the dock, and the warehouse team needs a quick re-layout with a forklift move. Before lunch you’ve run a PM on a shop fan, swapped a light fixture, and patched a scuffed wall. After lunch, a surprise: a small spill calls for PPE and proper cleanup steps — handled safely and by the book. By day’s end, tools are stowed, parts are restocked, and the grounds look sharp. Tomorrow will look different — and that’s exactly why you enjoy this work.
