Pay Range $19-$22

Responsibilities:

• Perform a daily inspection of all material dosing systems to ensure proper operation and ensure that production will not be impacted by planned preventive maintenance or mechanical breakdowns. 
• Coordinate with the Maintenance department for all repairs and/or upgrades to machinery and support systems to ensure availability and reliability. 
• Review machinery performance and report machinery failures to Corrective Maintenance team if unable to make the repair on your own. 
• To notify Facilities Manager or Maintenance Manager dosing system issues that are creating increased downtime. 
• Coordinate with Production Supervision on downtime needs to make a repair. 
• To ensure all work meets the correct specifications on needed repairs. 
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with all Tekni-Plex safety and food safety standards meeting GMP guidelines. 
• Work with all internal departments to ensure continuous production of the highest quality of service while still meeting all safety standards. 
• Time management skills are a must to manage cleaning and repairs while adhering to daily schedules. 
• Use EAM as needed to make pick tickets for parts needed on job repairs.  
• Complete the Motan report as needed per shift.
• Complete requisitions for tools, equipment, services, and supplies required for daily operations.
