Wake County Facilities Design & Construction is looking for a Facilities Project Manager with experience in managing all phases of capital projects which include a wide variety of project types including public safety facilities, libraries, multi-services facilities, detention projects, and recreation and entertainment facilities. Essential Functions
Provide turnkey project management including planning, fiscal oversight, team coordination, design supervision, and construction administration for multiple design and construction projects.
Prepare project schedules and complex capital project budgets.
Monitor schedules and expenditures to assure compliance with the Capital Improvement Program.
Do a great job so the public can enjoy the use of our awesome amenities.
