    Job Description

Join a Growing Leader in U.S. Cannabis Operations

Greenleaf Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, is part of a newly integrated network uniting Wana, Jetty, and Acreage under one organization. Following Acreage Holdings’ transition to Canopy USA, LLC in December 2024, we are aligning operations to enhance efficiency and support growth in state-legal markets across the U.S.—with strong momentum in the Midwest and Northeast. Our brands span key segments: Superflux (flower), Jetty (vape and concentrates), Wana (edibles and beverages), and The Botanist (retail). We’re building a nimble, innovative team to power the next phase of our expansion.

    Life in This Role

As a Facilities Reliability & Sanitation Technician (Technician I), your day begins with a walkthrough of the site—checking equipment status, confirming sanitation readiness, and prioritizing the maintenance queue. You’ll knock out minor repairs independently, coordinate supervised major fixes (including vendor or licensed-trade support), and keep our equipment and building systems operating safely and efficiently. You’ll support installations—from racks to dehumidifiers—stick to preventive maintenance schedules, and meticulously document every service, calibration, and inspection. Throughout the day, you’ll help restock PPE and supplies, uphold sanitation standards across bathrooms, hallways, break areas, and the facility interior/exterior (in coordination with Sanitation), and respond promptly to any issues you spot. You’ll finish with checklists, logs, and cross-functional handoffs to keep the operation humming.

    What You’ll Do

    • Independently perform minor building/equipment repairs; support complex repairs under manager direction.
    • Coordinate with external contractors or licensed trades as needed for major or emergency work.
    • Safely operate company vehicles, tools, parts, and supplies with a focus on efficiency and care.
    • Install and maintain new facility equipment (e.g., assembling racks, installing dehumidifiers).
    • Execute preventive maintenance per schedule and escalate issues immediately.
    • Maintain accurate logs for repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration.
    • Support daily sanitation tasks and replenish PPE, trash, and restroom supplies with Sanitation.
    • Complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists and assist with secondary facilities tasks as assigned.
