Facilities Support Associate

TL Maddox Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Support Associate to assist with daily facility operations, workplace organization, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while supporting the needs of the team.

This is an on-site position. The selected candidate will perform assigned duties at the designated work location.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Assist with routine building upkeep and general facility maintenance.
• Monitor facility supplies and report when restocking is needed.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, or potential safety hazards.
• Assist with moving, organizing, and storing supplies and equipment as needed.
• Follow established workplace procedures and safety guidelines.
• Complete daily assignments accurately and within expected timeframes.
• Communicate facility needs and maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Previous facilities, custodial, or general maintenance experience is preferred but not required, if accurate for the role.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Work Environment

This position is performed on-site in a facility or workplace environment. Duties may include standing, walking, organizing supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep, depending on assigned responsibilities.
