Facilities Technician

Location: Arlington, VA 
Pay:$30.00-$38.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a reliable, professional and skilled Facilities Technician to support operations across six rehabilitation and treatment facilities in Arlington, VA. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, compliant, and fully operational environments for staff and patients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial building maintenance experience
• HVAC experience required (certification not required)
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general facility repairs
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between local facilities using company vehicles
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and respond to service requests
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Support facility compliance, safety, and operational readiness
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Pre-Employment Requirements

Must successfully pass:

• Background check
• Drug screening (including THC)
• Fingerprinting
• Working 3-4 hour paid interview
