Shift : 7:00AM – 4:30 PM M-Th & 7:00AM-3:30PM for on Friday
Work Schedule - Mon-Fri 9/80 Everyother Friday off

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years of prior related experience

Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
- Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
- Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations, and may require specific trade certifications.
