Title: Facilities Technician - Contractor – B
Location: 6900 K Ave., Plano, TX 75074
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable or possible temp to perm)
Shift: 7:00AM – 4:30 PM M-Th & 7:00AM-3:30PM for on Friday
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9/80 Everyother Friday off
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, etc.). Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations, and may require specific trade certifications.

Ability to lift forty lbs with occasional 2 person lifts
