Position Summary
This position reports directly to the Senior Coordinator, Recreation - Facilities & Operations. This position provides support in the areas of facility, program, and event preparation. Sets up and dismantles equipment, tables, chairs, audio visual equipment, marker boards, flip charts, and kitchen equipment in all areas of the facility. Assists clients and full-time staff as needed. In addition, performs custodial responsibilities throughout the facility as required to maintain facility appearance, service to public and operational status.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience: Minimum age is 18. Customer service and custodial maintenance experience is helpful.
Language Skills: Ability to read instructions and communicate with City supervisor and the general public. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisor, groups of clients, customers, and the general public. Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English desirable but not mandatory.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve and implement practical solutions to problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Foresee and initiate proactive measures to ensure program quality, customer service and facility integrity.
