Facility Building Service Team

This position is considered a Seasonal-Hourly Employee.  This seasonal position is typically staffed from September to May with exact dates to be determined at hiring. Staff Members are responsible for caring for the building, including cleaning offices, kitchens, and restrooms, vacuuming, removing trash, and performing other maintenance and janitorial tasks as assigned.

Work hours typically fall between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday with emphasis on nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, kitchens, dressing rooms, and lobbies.
• Report any maintenance, supplies or other needs to the Facilities Manager
• Facilitate Signage changes related to venue
• Other duties as determined by the Facilities Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Housekeeping experience a plus
• Flexible and resourceful
• Ability to work responsibly unsupervised
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to perform work with ladders as necessary
• Must frequently communicate with staff and patrons
• Must be able to move about all office/theatre areas
