Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

- Manage and supervise engineering operations across multiple client sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with on-site teams to identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to optimize performance.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure infrastructure, equipment, and systems are functioning at peak levels.

Project Management:

- Coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase operational reliability.

- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, site conditions, and operational metrics for stakeholders.

Technical Expertise and Support:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues at client sites, providing prompt and effective resolutions.

- Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to integrate innovative solutions into facility operations.

Client Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring services exceed expectations.

- Provide technical consultations and recommendations to enhance client site operations and infrastructure.

- Represent Axionova as a trusted partner at client meetings and site visits.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all engineering operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Conduct safety audits, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering operations, preferably across multiple sites.

Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency in facilities management software and engineering tools.

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

Core Skills:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client sites effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges creatively and efficiently.

Certifications:

- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

- Certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CFM) are an advantage.
