Mid-Ohio Satellite (Staff Management) in Crestline is looking for a Facility Maintenance associate / 5S Champion on 1st shift (630 to 230).

Pay Rate: $17.53 - $19.38 / hour


Duties:

Core Responsibilities


+ Support Facilities 5S initiatives working with the 5S Champion to plan, implement, and maintain 5S standards

+ Continue with current painting projects as directed

+ Basic Minor Repairs: Patch drywall, assist with repairing broken racks or fixtures, etc.

+ Organizing, sorting, labeling various items

+ General Upkeep: Assist with new painting projects, cleaning, and occasional other internal/exterior tasks

Qualifications & Skills


+ Technical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand and power tools with a willingness to learn

+ Maintain focus and possess a stay busy/can-do attitude

+ Physical Stamina: Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods of time

+ Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to workplace safety rules and proper personal protective equipment usage

+ Communication: Proactive forward thinking communication approach is a plus


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.53 - $19.38 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
