Champion Personnel is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance & Landscaping Technician for a well-established steel manufacturing company located in Cleveland, Ohio!

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work, has experience with building maintenance and landscaping, and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
Position Details
Location: Cleveland, OH 44128
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 40–45 hours per week
Overtime: Some weekends, early mornings, and extended hours may be required depending on weather conditions

What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for maintaining four commercial and residential properties, keeping buildings, grounds, and surrounding areas in excellent condition.
Responsibilities include:
Operating snowplow trucks and performing snow removal during winter months
Mowing lawns using riding and push lawn mowers
Maintaining landscaping and outdoor property areas
Performing general building maintenance and repairs
Replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and other building fixtures
Completing interior and exterior painting projects
Keeping maintenance shops, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized
Performing preventative upkeep of buildings and grounds
Assisting with additional property maintenance projects as needed
Please Note: This is a facilities and property maintenance position. You will NOT be responsible for repairing manufacturing machinery or production equipment.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or building maintenance
Experience operating snowplows and lawn maintenance equipment
Experience with interior and exterior painting
General handyman skills and basic building repair knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Flexible availability for overtime, weekends, and weather-related emergencies
Strong attendance, dependability, and work ethic
