We are a sanctuary for these individuals and work hard to care for and serve them with compassion.Position SummaryOur Facility Maintenance Specialist is an essential part of our maintenance team and is required to independently perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks and coordinate with, delegate, and/or tradespeople in the completion of work tasks at campus facilities. Duties may include but are not limited to, general labor, painting, plumbing, carpentry, equipment maintenance/repair, routine electrical work that does not require a license, preventative maintenance, and the care of our campuses.Qualifications Preferred: High school diploma or equivalentOne year of experience as a maintenance person in a general maintenance capacitySupervisory experience Basic knowledge of electrical systemsBasic knowledge of plumbing systemsBasic grounds maintenance knowledgeExperience in working in adult residential care, or in a facility serving persons with dementiaWe are excited to meet you!
