Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family facility maintenance (or an equivalent level of experience in trades like plumbing, electrical, and carpentry).
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Certifications: Valid state driver’s license; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) and specialized trade licenses are a strong plus.
