This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing day-to-day operational activities, and ensuring the successful implementation and completion of assigned initiatives. This role will spend the most time managing facility equipment, furniture, appliances, supplies, and climate control needs; responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with building management and contractors; performing documented inspections and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems; and supporting facility improvements, office moves, space planning, and business continuity efforts.QUALIFICATIONSRelated experience in facilities management, operations, and basic computer knowledgeBasic building maintenance solutionsExperience in commercial office and Medical Laboratory facilitiesBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities*Please see the full success profile at the end of the job ad.SCHEDULE8+ hours per day.
