Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour


Duties:


+ Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

+ Repair doors, locks, windows, furniture, and minor structural issues.

+ Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

+ Perform preventive maintenance inspections and report potential issues.

+ Paint, patch walls, and maintain facility appearance.

+ Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and minor assembly projects.

+ Maintain maintenance records and work orders.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:


+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.

+ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.

+ Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Good communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
