Standard Job Description

Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Computer & Software Literacy: Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and basic tracking platforms.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of safety codes, guidelines, and standards such as OSHA and local building codes.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with staff, tenants, and leadership.
• Problem-Solving & Organization: Capability to prioritize multiple repair or maintenance requests and handle day-to-day troubleshooting.

Desired Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of military organizational structures, and the functional interrelationships.
• Must be a self-starter and work independently with no or minimum guidance and be willing to listen and work with others.
• Above average verbal and oral communication skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
