We are seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to grow our presence within the facility management and property operations marketplace. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and positioning Quick Dam flood protection solutions with commercial facilities, property management groups, municipalities, healthcare systems, education campuses, industrial operations, and related sectors.
The ideal candidate understands consultative sales, can navigate operational buyers, and is comfortable selling practical preparedness and mitigation solutions to organizations responsible for protecting people, property, and business continuity.

Develop and grow relationships within:
Facility management organizations
Property management firms
Commercial real estate operators
Healthcare facilities
Education campuses
Municipal/public works departments
Industrial/manufacturing facilities
Identify new business opportunities and vertical market applications
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
Work trade shows and industry events
Build relationships with distributors, contractors, and channel partners
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Collaborate with marketing on vertical campaigns and lead generation
Track pipeline activity and forecast sales performance
Become a subject matter expert on flood preparedness and mitigation solutions
