Job Title: Facility Worker (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Facility Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working in a safe manner and ensuring quality workmanship on all projects
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance of assigned areas
• Perform janitorial services as needed
• Maintain lawn and power equipment
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, grass cutting and minor repair
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
