Compensation & Schedule
- Location: York, PA
- Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour
- Schedule: Full-Time | Rolling Shifts
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire & Direct Hire Opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the plant
- Assist with production and line operations
- Load, unload, stage, and organize inventory
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and 5S/housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience required for forklift-specific positions
- Ability to work a 12-hour rolling schedule
- Availability for 6:00 PM–6:00 AM night shifts
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
