GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director or designee, this position represents the parent perspective at the management level within the agency. The role includes providing support and advocacy to families, ensuring the “family voice” at all levels of programming, and providing direct supervision to staff members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Education, Training, and Experience:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined above is through graduating with a High School diploma or GED and less than 2 years of full-time equivalent in a mental health-related field providing direct mental health services.
Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility depending on program's needs.
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.90 an hour.
