Family Law Associate Attorney

We're hiring an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join a boutique San Diego practice offering something increasingly rare in law: strong earning potential without sacrificing work-life balance.

You'll independently manage your own family law caseload while having support when needed. The firm maintains reasonable caseloads, gives attorneys significant autonomy, and offers flexibility to set your own hours.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of dedicated California family law experience
• Active California Bar license
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
• Strong client communication, organization, and case strategy skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $135K–$220K base salary, depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses — not quarterly or annually
• Bonuses begin at just 110 billable hours/month
• $75/hour bonus at 110–130 hours; $125/hour at 130+ hours
