Job DetailsWhat You Will Do
- Provide administrative and litigation support to family law attorneys
- Prepare, draft, proofread, and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, declarations, and correspondence
- Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and case schedules
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
- E-file documents with California courts
- Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits and preparing binders
- Track outstanding tasks and deadlines to keep cases moving efficiently
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a legal setting (Exposure to family law is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn legal software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
- A genuine desire to learn and grow in a legal environment
