    Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

    Compensation: $290K - $300K per year

    Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient)

    We are seeking a full-time, in-person Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving medically underserved communities. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and delivers high-impact care to a diverse patient population. Physicians work alongside an integrated care team that includes primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health clinicians, and dental professionals.     Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
    • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
    • Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
    • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
    • Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations
    • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
