About the Role:
The Neighborhood Clinic in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients across all ages and backgrounds in a community-focused clinical setting. Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, health assessments, and wellness visits
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Nevada state regulations
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Requirements:
  • Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCC
  • Active TX state RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited program
  • DEA registration in the state of Texas
  • 1+ years of experience in a primary care, family medicine, or community health setting preferred
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
