Family Nurse Practitioner

NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our care team in Montrose! The successful candidate will have the option to work a schedule of either four 10-hr or five 8-hr shifts. Salary negotiation will be based upon experience and credentials; Salary range opens at $130,000 for experienced professionals.

Essential Functions

Our Family Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. This provider performs physical exams, diagnoses and treats acute and chronic conditions, prescribes medications, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, and manages overall health and wellness. This professional emphasizes preventive care, health education, and long-term management of chronic conditions.
