The University is a private institution in the Catholic tradition with campus locations in Philadelphia and Newtown PA. Position Summary
The FNP Program Coordinator is a Full-time faculty position with coordination role, providing administrative, academic, and clinical leadership for the Family Nurse Practitioner track within the School of Nursing. This position balances faculty role with administrative oversight, ensuring the program complies with national accreditation standards (e.g., CCNE) and state board regulations. The Coordinator is responsible for curriculum design, student recruitment and advising, faculty mentoring, and establishing robust clinical partnerships. The coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the FNP program.

Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Ph.D. in Nursing required.
Licensure & Certification:
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the state of employment.
National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC).
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical practice as an active, certified FNP.
Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in an accredited graduate nursing program.
Prior academic leadership or administrative experience (e.g., track lead, committee chair) is highly desirable.
