Our client is a well-established family office based in Brooklyn managing a sophisticated portfolio of trusts. They're looking for a sharp, hungry analyst to step into a high-visibility role — reporting directly to the Controller/CFO with regular interaction with upper management.

Responsibilities:

• Own reporting and treasury management across multiple trusts
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for leadership on a recurring basis
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity, and trust activity to support informed decision-making
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic and evolving workload across multiple entities
• Collaborate directly with the Controller/CFO and senior stakeholders on ad hoc analysis and projects

Qualifications:

Must Have

• 2–3+ years of experience in a professional finance or accounting environment
• Advanced Excel skills — this is non-negotiable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills; you'll be in front of senior leadership regularly
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Quick learner who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding

Nice to Have

• Exposure to trust accounting, family office operations, or wealth management
• Experience with financial reporting software or ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
