NOW HIRING: FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN – COMPTON, CA
Compton, CA | Full-Time | Direct Hire
$285,000–$335,000 + Potential Sign-On Bonus

- Receive one weekday off during weeks you work a Saturday

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Some late shifts: 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and STD testing
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Provide women’s health, family planning, prenatal, and postnatal care
• Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with or supervise NPs/PAs as applicable
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO
- Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active California medical license and DEA registration
- Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan
- EHR experience and basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is a plus
