Key Responsibilities
The Family Medicine Physician will serve as a Core Faculty member, balancing clinical care with teaching, administrative duties, and academic involvement.
Core responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive primary care services in a clinical setting
- Participating in faculty responsibilities, including teaching and mentoring trainees
- Combining clinical duties with administrative and program-related responsibilities
- Engaging in scholarly activities such as research, publications, or presentations
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across the healthcare system
- Optional participation in inpatient care
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Interest in academic medicine and teaching
- Willingness to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities
Preferred Skills & Experience
The following qualifications are considered advantageous:
- Experience or interest in obstetrics (OB)
- Prior academic or teaching experience
- Participation in research, publications, or professional organizations
