PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Family Practice Physician for our Circleville health centers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provides quality care to all patients within the scope of specialty to include consultation, diagnosis, treatment and education in accordance with the guidelines and principles of practice.

• Participates in quality improvement, prevention activities in the community and health disparity reduction projects.

• Provides leadership, guidance and direction to mid-level providers, nurses, MAs and staff. Precepts and has standard care agreements with PrimaryOne Health nurse practitioners.

• Maintains compliance with peer review and QI program and attends all relevant PrimaryOne Health meetings. Medical, P&T and PrimaryOne Health All Staff Meetings.

• Collaborates with those responsible for case management, social services, referrals, community prevention and other PrimaryOne Health managers.

• May practice Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Occasional travel required.

• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Successful candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree; must be board certified in appropriate specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology). Must have a valid State of Ohio license to practice medicine and DEA certificate. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
