The Jamestown Family Health Clinic (JFHC) operates a nationally recognized model of care dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Owned and operated by the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe, JFHC is a Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving both Tribal citizens and non-Tribal community members. This is a Per Diem position that offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while providing flexible coverage based on clinic needs.

Your Role

We are seeking a Per Diem Family Practice Physician who values teamwork, connection, and compassionate care. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, supported by an experienced, multidisciplinary care team and leadership committed to clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and managing treatment plans.

• Providing preventive care and patient education to promote long-term wellness.

• Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences.

• Managing medications in partnership with our on-site clinical pharmacists.

• Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.

• Contributing to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Compensation: $1,558 per scheduled clinic workday.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

• Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

• A compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach to care.
