You run your own business, set your own schedule, and build your own team, with the brand, systems, and mentorship of an established Farmers district behind you.

Responsibilities
What youll do
- Open and run your own agency, selling and servicing home, auto, life, and commercial policies
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and local marketing
- Build a growing, renewable book of business, prioritizing long-term client relationships over one-time sales
- Create and execute your own prospecting and marketing plan for the Austin market
- Track renewals and retention to maximize recurring revenue
- Hire, train, and lead a small team as your agency grows
- Tap district mentorship, systems, and support while running your business independently
Requirements
What you bring
- Prior sales experience (insurance experience is a plus)
- An insurance license, or the ability to get licensed quickly
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with commission-based, self-directed work
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Ability to pass a background check

Farmers also donated $100,000 for the city’s emergency operations center and two megawatt generators that restored power to Beaumont.
