A consistently highly-performing California district office is seeking a results-driven, team-oriented sales producer who thrives on helping others navigate important life decisions and enjoys setting and beating goals. You will be paired with a mentoring agent within the district who will coach you to success and show you how they have built a reputation on being a stable, friendly, and reliable advisor to the families and businesses they serve.
You will be trained in all aspects of insurance sales from lead prospecting, quoting, and management through selling, persuading, closing, onboarding and continued customer relationship management. Your growth is our priority!

Earning Potential
- Entry-Levelcandidates start at a $40,000 base salary and generally make up to$10,000 in commission during their first year, bringing total compensation to $50,000. (Note: commission number is not capped.)
- Experienced candidates start at a $60,000 base salary and make up to $15,000 in commission on average, bringing total compensation to $75,000. (Note: commission number is not capped.)

Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Build your pipeline using the agency's automated lead system, so you start with real opportunities instead of a blank slate
- Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects by phone, email, and text, and build customized Property & Casualty and Life insurance quotes around each customer's needs
- Meet with customers explaining their options in plain language, answering their concerns, and recommending the right coverage
- Close new business and consistently meet or exceed production goals, with your income growing as your results do
- Build lasting client relationships through onboarding, renewals, and follow-up, and grow your book by adding coverage for the clients you serve
- Complete your California Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing with our support, then apply what you learn with guidance from your mentor and district sales coaches
Requirements- Active California Property & Casualty license (assistance available)
- Valid California Life & Health Insurance License (assistance available)
- Strong desire to drive towards mastering all aspects of the sales process using proven methods and technology
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, pursue, and close sales leads
- Insurance industry experience beneficial
