Jason Binyons Farmers Insurance Agency is growing quickly and looking for driven Sales Reps to join a competitive, fun, and relationship focused team. In this role, youll start your day with a team huddle, connect with prospective clients to create insurance quotes, deliver a great customer experience, and collaborate with teammates to hit ambitious sales goals.

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow opportunities thru personal and social networking, COI's, and company generated leads.
• Manage and service client needs before and as they arise.
• Foster continued growth thru delivered customer experiences.
• Maintain continued training and knowledge of new product and systems.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets.
• Be willing and ready to take on other duties as needs arise in a small office environment.

• Texas General Lines Property, Casualty, and Life license preferred, but not required.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to learn a wide variety of computer software systems.
• Most important - Ability to connect with people and deliver on promises made with a sense of care and urgency.
