About the Role:
Cajuns Fabulous Fried Chicken Inc is looking for an energetic and experienced Fast Food Manager to lead our team in Gulfport, MS! Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
• Manage inventory, food costs, and supply ordering to minimize waste
• Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and shift reconciliation
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience
• Drive team performance through coaching, motivation, and accountability

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) management required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory and reporting tasks
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher a plus
