Faucets Operator
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI Competitive Compensation: $25.73 per hour, plus $1.50 shift premium Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:30PM - 6:48AM plus overtime Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed We are looking for a Faucets Operator for our Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. Associate will be required to work efficiently and effectively on all VFF production lines while maintaining high-quality standards. Other requirements include attention to detail and aesthetics, filling out hour x hour reports, and working closely with others in the department to ensure quick and timely completion of orders. Must learn all NGRT production lines, including automation for skill level increases. Skills/Requirements
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred. Additional Requirements Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight. Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
