Honeymoon and Celebration Experience Specialist — Remote

A honeymoon, anniversary, milestone birthday, or romantic getaway is not just another reservation. Clients are trusting someone to help them plan an experience connected to an important moment in their lives. We are looking for thoughtful, creative individuals who enjoy listening to people and turning their ideas into well-organized vacation plans.

In this role, you will work with couples and celebration travelers who may know how they want their vacation to feel but are unsure where to go or how to put everything together. One client may want a quiet adults-only resort with an ocean view, while another may be looking for a cruise filled with dining, entertainment, and activities.

What This Role Looks Like

You will begin by getting to know the client. Instead of immediately sending a long list of properties, you will ask questions about the occasion, atmosphere, budget, preferred activities, and accommodations.

After identifying what matters most, you will research destinations and experiences that fit the client. You may compare adults-only resorts, cruises, romantic excursions, upgraded rooms, private transfers, dining experiences, or celebration packages.

You will then organize the strongest options, explain the differences, and guide the client through the reservation process. Once the vacation is confirmed, you will track deadlines, verify reservation details, provide preparation reminders, and remain available for appropriate follow-up.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, participating in training, learning about destinations and suppliers, requesting referrals, and building relationships with couples who may return for future anniversary or celebration travel.

Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the United States or Mexico.
• Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device are required.
• Strong listening and communication skills are required.
• Applicants must be organized, dependable, and attentive to details.
• Applicants must be comfortable discussing budgets and making personalized recommendations.
• Applicants must be able to manage deadlines and confidential client information.
• Applicants must be willing to complete training and continued education.
• Experience in hospitality, weddings, events, customer service, or relationship-based sales is helpful but not required.
