Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise technology and data center initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT infrastructure and application projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Senior IT Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams while driving project governance, resource planning, risk management, and successful project delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure, data center, and enterprise application projects.
  • Manage project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, and change requests.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, technical, administrative, and vendor teams.
  • Ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and work closely with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and project teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead project meetings, steering committee discussions, and governance activities.
  • Drive issue resolution and manage project changes through established change control processes.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure new or enhanced technology solutions align with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, including infrastructure and application initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and project governance.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exposure to cloud migration, data center modernization, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives
