Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Support project scheduling, procurement, and documentation efforts. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project records. Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Assist with quality control and project closeout documentation. Support budgeting, cost tracking, and contract administration activities. Ensure project documentation complies with federal project requirements. Maintain construction management software and reporting systems. Help facilitate successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2+ years of construction experience. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with construction management software is a plus. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required government security clearances. U.S. Citizenship required due to project requirements. Desire to build a long-term career in construction project management.
