Summary
The Federal Operations Manager is responsible for managing and directing the day-to-day operations of Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley's federal contracts. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization's mission. The Manager will lead staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, develop relationships with federal agencies, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive performance, efficiency, and growth across federal contract sites.

Directly supervises federal contract site managers and support personnel. Responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and staff development.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
